Returns & Exchanges

At Teddy Fresh, we want you to love your gear, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Wait

  Drop your package off at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
